WEDDING RINGS
I offer a full wedding ring service. All rings are made to order and as I don’t have the overheads of high street jewellers, you will receive the same product at the lowest possible price. I work with all precious metals so please click the link bellow to receive a free quotation. Let me know your finger size, style of band, width and any diamond specifications, personal engraving can be added and either a matte or polished finish.
The court shaped wedding ring is curved on the outside and curved on the inside. This can make the ring more comfortable on the finger and has a slightly thinker profile making it a heavier band.
The D-shape wedding ring is the most traditional profile for a wedding ring. The band is flat on the inside and curved on the outside (so it would look a bit like a capital D in cross-section, if you were to cut through it).
If your preference is for a more contemporary style, you might prefer an Easy fit band, which retains the curved court style on the inside, but is completely flat on the outside. This profile can look quite industrial, particularly in white gold or platinum.
As the name suggests this band is Flat on both the outside and inside of the ring, giving the same look as the 'Easy fit' being flat on the inside gives it a slimmer profile to the 'Easy fit' making it a slightly lighter option.
All bands can be made in 9ct & 18ct yellow or white Gold as well as Platinum & Palladium or even Silver.
As a rough guide I find that most ladies choose a wedding ring between 2mm and 3mm wide and most gentlemen opt for a wedding ring of 5mm or 6mm wide.
Once you’ve chosen the metal, the profile and the width of your wedding ring, you need to just consider how you would like your wedding ring to be finished.
If you don’t like the brightly polished 'fresh out of the box look' you might opt for a matte finish, from the lightly brushed satin finish through to a course brushed finish.
