Creating a space

A busy and exciting time, planning and preparing to create my workshop. If you’re like me and like watching programs like grand designs or George Clarks amazing spaces then you'll know creating your own space is an exciting thought, scrolling through Pinterest, thumbing through tool brochures with your mind full of ideas. Let the fun begin! off to the local builders’ merchants for wood and fixings to make my jewellers bench and work tops. Online shopping and trips to the jewellery quarter in Birmingham for tools and machinery. Waiting in anticipation for the post to arrive, excitedly opening boxes like a child on Christmas day and after a lot of work I'm ready to call this my workshop. Now, time to put this space to use by using all my lovely new tools and making jewellery for my new customers.
